My Ice Cream Dream!

Hey there, fellow ice cream lovers!
My name’s Salena. I’m an Albuquerque local and the hand behind the scooper here at The Brain Freezer - your new favorite ice cream truck!

I’ve always believed food to be a universal love language. As far back as I can remember, I’ve been creating cherished memories with family and friends spending time and sharing a sweet treat - whether it was at Ralph’s Italian Ice back in Long Island where I grew up or Carvel’s ice cream shop. The ice cream may be cold but the memories keep us warm.

In the summer of 2024, I channeled that passion and opened The Brain Freezer to help you create those same kind of memories.
With an emphasis on premium quality and community, we rolled out. Literally! I had a custom trailer built, turned down the thermostat, and hit the road!
We went from a dream to carrying a variety of classic, unique, and rotating seasonal flavors. (vegan/dairy free options available)
